Fannin County School System (FCSS)
The Fannin County School System (FCSS) is an unstoppable force when it comes to academic and extracurricular excellence in North Georgia. Fannin teachers and staff keep the standards above expected, and students are continuously raising the bar.

The system is comprised of three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. With a population of approximately 2,900 students in grades K-12, the resulting student to teacher ratio of 15 to 1 ensures that Fannin County students get plenty of teacher time and attention.

The FCSS achieved district level accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools/Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS/CASI) in September of 2008. The school system is also accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC).
