School Bus Driver Training is provided free of charge. We have a full time trainer to assist our drivers and applicants to make them successful in the endeavor of obtaining a CDL.
School Bus Driver new hires receive a $500 retention bonus. After successful completion of training, paperwork, drug testing, physical, licensing, and driving 20 days the new hire is eligible to receive the $500 retention bonus.
Full time School Bus Drivers receive State Health Benefits. Drivers are eligible for the State of Georgia State Health Benefit plan, this is the same insurance benefit offered to teachers, DOT employees, and Public Safety Officers.
School Bus Drivers have the opportunity to take field trips.
School Bus Drivers work school calendars and are paid through the summer while off.
