Paradise Hills Winery Resort and Spa is hiring! – Tasting Room Manager

Paradise Hills, Winery Resort and Spa was established in 1988.We are looking for excellent candidates to help us grow within the Tri-State area. We are looking for energetic and friendly Hospitality Professionals with experience in hotel/resort and exceptional customer services skills. Both Part-Time and Full-Time,entry level and managerial positions are available.

Responsibilities of a Tasting Room/Retail Shop Manager include:

1. · Exceptional Guest Relations
2. · Daily Operations of tasting room/retail shop
3. · Inventory of wine & retail displays
4. · Representation of Vineyards & Winery in satellite locations to public
5. · Wine knowledge offering samples
6. · Management of team members & training
7. · Presentation of daily summaries and monthly reports
8. · Marketing satellite locations

Requirements of a Tasting Room/Retail Shop Manager include:

1. · Tasting room / wine industry experience
2. · Proven track record of work ethic and longevity in previous positions
3. · Professional, outgoing and approachable
4. · Strong written, communication, and customer service skills are essential as well as excellent grasp of internet and computer-based sales systems
5. · Hospitality management and training experience
6. · Working knowledge of and appreciation for fine wine.
7. · Proven, successful sales experience comparable to selling wine

Pay: $580.00 – $601.00 per week
