We are looking for energetic and friendly Hospitality Professionals with experience in hotel/resort and exceptional customer services skills. Both Part-Time and Full-Time,entry level and managerial positions are available.
Responsibilities of a Tasting Room/Retail Shop Manager include:
- · Exceptional Guest Relations
- · Daily Operations of tasting room/retail shop
- · Inventory of wine & retail displays
- · Representation of Vineyards & Winery in satellite locations to public
- · Wine knowledge offering samples
- · Management of team members & training
- · Presentation of daily summaries and monthly reports
- · Marketing satellite locations
Requirements of a Tasting Room/Retail Shop Manager include:
- · Tasting room / wine industry experience
- · Proven track record of work ethic and longevity in previous positions
- · Professional, outgoing and approachable
- · Strong written, communication, and customer service skills are essential as well as excellent grasp of internet and computer-based sales systems
- · Hospitality management and training experience
- · Working knowledge of and appreciation for fine wine.
- · Proven, successful sales experience comparable to selling wine

Pay: $580.00 – $601.00 per week
